About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist in complex document reviews, legal research and analysis, and other projects
- Review and analyze documents using online review tools, including Relativity
- Analyze and apply subjective coding to privileged and responsive documents
- Perform second-tier review or quality control on document reviews
- Index and organize documents
- Retrieve and review documents and respond to case needs
- Perform special projects as assigned
- Create, revise, and update privilege logs
- Review, code, and redact confidential documents
- Draft memoranda regarding project status or issues
- Maintain accurate InTapp time-entry records and TCWGlobal Webcenter timesheets
- Adhere to the Firm's policies, procedures, and established Best Practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- Juris Doctorate degree
- Licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state in which they live and are employed
- Minimum of three years of document review experience or equivalent substantive litigation experience
- Legal analysis skills
- Familiarity with e-discovery review platforms and tools, including Relativity
- Ability to effectively express yourself orally and in writing
- Ability to establish effective working relationships throughout the Firm
- Professional business references required for final applicants
- Background screening required for final applicants
