About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist in complex document reviews, legal research and analysis, and other projects
  • Review and analyze documents using online review tools, including Relativity
  • Analyze and apply subjective coding to privileged and responsive documents
  • Perform second-tier review or quality control on document reviews
  • Index and organize documents
  • Retrieve and review documents and respond to case needs
  • Perform special projects as assigned
  • Create, revise, and update privilege logs
  • Review, code, and redact confidential documents
  • Draft memoranda regarding project status or issues
  • Maintain accurate InTapp time-entry records and TCWGlobal Webcenter timesheets
  • Adhere to the Firm's policies, procedures, and established Best Practices

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Juris Doctorate degree
  • Licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state in which they live and are employed
  • Minimum of three years of document review experience or equivalent substantive litigation experience
  • Legal analysis skills
  • Familiarity with e-discovery review platforms and tools, including Relativity
  • Ability to effectively express yourself orally and in writing
  • Ability to establish effective working relationships throughout the Firm
  • Professional business references required for final applicants
  • Background screening required for final applicants
