Support key marketing leaders by keeping projects, data, and daily operations running smoothly
Maintain the M&BD department internal site
Assist with the review of M&BD expenses to assure adherence to guidelines
Create expense reports and invoices for team members
Research options for relevant vendors and maintain ongoing relationships
Coordinate department meetings and internal events
Proofread documents, communications and marketing materials
Coordinate travel arrangements for department leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in experience and/or training
Two or more years of experience preferably within a legal/professional services environment
Advanced knowledge of PC applications, including the entire suite of MS Office applications (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Ability to accurately type 60 wpm
Thorough command of the English language, including excellent spelling, grammar, punctuation, forms and syntax
Ability to express self effectively, both orally and in writing
