About the role
- Act as a trusted partner to leaders across the organization, particularly within Product, Engineering, and Design, to drive people and talent initiatives aligned with business goals.
- Support leadership through the challenges of hypergrowth, including org design, team scaling, change management, and talent development.
- Coach managers on performance management, feedback, career development, and navigating complex people situations.
- Help establish and refine people programs and practices (e.g., reviews, L&D, engagement surveys) to scale with our growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure a seamless and inclusive employee experience.
- Analyze people data and trends to inform decision-making and proactively address challenges before they escalate.
- Champion and evolve our culture in alignment with our values, ensuring that even as we scale, we stay true to what makes ALSO unique.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in a People Partner, HRBP, or similar role, preferably with time spent at a high-growth, product-led, start-up.
- Deep understanding of the dynamics and demands of product-led organizations.
- Data-driven, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Proven success in navigating ambiguity and building scalable people programs from the ground up.
- Strong coaching skills with the ability to build trust quickly and influence at all levels.
- Passion for building inclusive and high-performing cultures.
