About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create engaging assets for paid social, display, websites, email, direct mail, print and other marketing activity
- Deliver a consistent flow of polished creative across digital, social, print and other marketing channels
- Develop and adapt performance-led concepts and creative variants using campaign learnings
- Translate campaign ideas into static, motion and video assets for different channels, audiences and markets
- Design and adapt assets across formats, sizes and placements while maintaining visual consistency
- Prepare accurate digital artwork and print-ready files
- Create simple motion graphics, animations and short-form video assets using After Effects
- Support video-led campaigns and social content with the Content Producer and Creative team
- Produce creative variations for testing and optimisation
- Apply Vintage.com brand guidelines and check designs for accuracy and quality
- Collaborate with the Visual Designer, Copywriter, Photographer, Content Producer and Marketing teams from brief to final execution
- Contribute ideas in brainstorms and respond positively to feedback
- Create reusable design and Canva templates, organised asset libraries, clear naming conventions and efficient production processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Around two years’ experience in graphic or visual design
- Strong portfolio across digital and print work
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and After Effects
- Understanding of print and pre-press requirements, including bleed, crop marks, CMYK, resolution and print-ready PDFs
- Strong grasp of digital design, layout, hierarchy, typography, pixel density, resolution and social advertising formats
- Experience creating user-friendly Canva templates
- Confidence using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini for ideation, moodboarding, storyboarding and production workflows
- Proactive, detail-focused and feedback-friendly approach
- Appetite for experimenting with new tools and trends
- Strong organisation and communication skills; ability to manage several briefs and collaborate at pace
- Helpful: experience with paid social, performance marketing or structured testing
- Helpful: experience adapting creative across multiple channels, markets or languages
- Helpful: interest in photography, content production or emerging motion and video techniques
- No specific qualification is required; portfolio strength, experience and willingness to keep learning are valued
