About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Further development and customization of the proALPHA ERP application and ensuring a stable system landscape
- Preparation of technical specifications based on functional and system requirements
- Integration of third-party systems and connection of external applications such as administrative, shipping, or webshop systems
- Execution of functional tests and responsibility for systematic error analysis as well as remediation of identified issues
- Active participation in digitalization projects in the areas of e-invoicing, digital documents and process automation
- Supporting users in 2nd-level support and close collaboration with key users in day-to-day operations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of professional experience in application development, ideally in an ERP environment
- Very good knowledge of proALPHA
- Confident handling of relational database systems and solid programming skills (Progress OpenEdge is an advantage)
- Experience in connecting and integrating third-party systems as well as in interface management
- Business-fluent German
