Key responsibilities & impact

Take ownership of the full V-model lifecycle of a space on-board computer
Structure, harmonize and enforce software engineering practices
Lead coordination of embedded software activities
Critically review system interfaces and inputs to ensure reliable execution
Contribute to defining software functions, interfaces and allocations
Control progress, quality and engineering performance using relevant metrics
Mentor and support the team's development

Proven experience in managing embedded software projects
Strong expertise in embedded software on RTOS
Excellent command of software engineering processes and practices
Good knowledge of industrial sectors and quality requirements
Demonstrated ability to industrialize embedded software development
Excellent understanding of the V-model and incremental agile methods
