About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee all aspects of the project, leading a team on large projects or significant segments of large and complex projects.
Analyze new and complex project-related problems and create innovative solutions.
Provide applications systems analysis and develop long and short-range plans for application selection, systems development, systems maintenance, and production activities.
Ensure adherence to agile methodologies, Lean-Agile principles, and the SAFe framework.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
Coach and mentor team members on agile practices and principles.
Manage and resolve conflicts within the team or between stakeholders.
Utilize Agile and project management tools such as Azure DevOps to track progress and facilitate collaboration.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role, plus 4-5 years of professional experience.
SAFE Program Consultant (SPC) certification preferred.
Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, Lean-Agile principles, and the SAFe framework.
Excellent facilitation, communication, coaching, and mentoring skills.
Experience in managing and resolving conflicts.
Proficiency in Agile and project management tools such as Azure DevOps.
