Develops and maintains business systems, and information processes to support enterprise mission needs;

Analyze and refine Health IT cyber systems requirements.
Translate systems requirements into application prototypes.
Plan and design systems architecture.
Write, debug, and maintain code.
Determine and design applications architecture.
Determine output media/format and design user interfaces.
Work with customers to test applications.
Assure software and system quality and functionality.
Integrate hardware and software components.
Write and maintain program documentation.
Evaluate new applications software technologies; and/or ensure the rigorous application of information security/information assurance policies, principles, and practices to the delivery of application software services.

Requirements

A BS degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, or Computer Science, from an ABET accredited or CAE designated.
9+ years as an Enterprise Architect (Cyber)
Microsoft Certified: Cyber Security Architect Expert or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
Changes based upon the environment, this could be specific to DHA, PEO MS/CIO (J-6), IOD, or DDSB specific.
Active or recent previous DHA experience HIGHLY desired.
Proven history of delivering data driven solutions with a customer-first mindset
Certification(s): Cloud+ CISSO or GCIA or GCSA or GCLD or GICSP or CISSP-ISSAP or CISSP-ISSEP (Conditional Alternative or GLSC or CISSP or approved by COR and System Owner)
