About the role
- Develop and implement sales strategies for solar and heat pump solutions.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.

Requirements
- Experience in sales, ideally in renewable energy or heat pumps.
- Excellent communication skills and strong negotiation abilities.
- Team player with leadership experience to motivate and manage a small team.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within the DACH region.
- Fluent German (spoken and written); English skills are a plus.
