Requirements

What you’ll need

Active RBT certification, or willingness and drive to earn one
Reliable availability across mornings, afternoons, or evenings
Background in education, childcare, psychology, social work, or another role working with children
Reliable transportation to client homes and schools
Ability to work physically, including getting on the floor, moving around, and staying active
Ability to lift approximately 50 lbs
At least 18 years old
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to pass a background check
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Compassion, patience, and creativity when working with children
Experience with RBT, behavior technician, ABA, special-ne needs children, childcare, camp, tutoring, or babysitting is relevant
