Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Active RBT certification, or willingness and drive to earn one
  • Reliable availability across mornings, afternoons, or evenings
  • Background in education, childcare, psychology, social work, or another role working with children
  • Reliable transportation to client homes and schools
  • Ability to work physically, including getting on the floor, moving around, and staying active
  • Ability to lift approximately 50 lbs
  • At least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Compassion, patience, and creativity when working with children
  • Experience with RBT, behavior technician, ABA, special-ne needs children, childcare, camp, tutoring, or babysitting is relevant
