About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist with integrating new payment providers and payment methods
Review and analyze payment provider API documentation
Configure payment methods and provider settings in the back-office system
Test payment flows including deposits, withdrawals, refunds, and transaction status updates
Verify API requests, responses, callbacks, and webhooks
Use Postman and internal tools to test integrations and reproduce issues
Analyze transaction logs and identify integration or configuration problems
Communicate with payment providers regarding technical questions and integration issues
Coordinate with developers, QA engineers, account managers, and other internal teams
Create and maintain integration documentation, setup instructions, and testing results
Track integration tasks and reported issues in Jira
Support investigation of failed, declined, or incorrectly processed transactions
Monitor existing integrations and assist with resolving production issues

Requirements

What you’ll need

Basic understanding of REST APIs, HTTP requests, and client-server communication
Basic knowledge of JSON and API request/response structures
Familiarity with Postman or similar API testing tools
Understanding of callbacks, webhooks, and transaction statuses
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and ability to work with technical documentation
Good written and verbal communication skills
English level of at least B2
Ability to manage several tasks and follow agreed deadlines
