About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and maintain modern web applications using **React, Next.js, and TypeScript**;
Design and implement APIs and backend services using **Node.js**;
Work with **Supabase**, including PostgreSQL databases, authentication, storage, and server-side functionality;
Translate product and business requirements into effective technical solutions;
Participate in technical decisions regarding architecture, integrations, data models, and scalability;
Integrate internal products with external platforms, services, and APIs;
Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications using platforms such as **Vercel**;
Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, refactoring, and continuous improvement;
Identify and resolve performance, security, and reliability issues;
Contribute to CI/CD processes and development best practices;
Collaborate closely with product, design, and other stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.

Requirements

What you’ll need

- At least **3 years of professional experience** in fullstack or web application development;
- Strong experience with **JavaScript and TypeScript**;
- Hands-on experience with **React** and **Next.js**;
- Professional experience developing APIs and backend services with **Node.js**;
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, application integrations, and asynchronous operations;
- Experience with relational databases, preferably **PostgreSQL**;
- Understanding of authentication, authorization, and web application security principles;
- Experience with Git and collaborative software development workflows;
- Knowledge of clean code, testing, maintainability, and scalable application development;
- Ability to work autonomously, take ownership, and contribute to technical decisions;
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills;
- Good written and spoken English.
**Nice to Have**
- Experience with **Supabase** or similar backend-as-a-service platforms;
- Experience deploying and managing applications on **Vercel** or similar platforms;
- Experience with **AWS** services and cloud-based environments;
- Knowledge of Docker and containerized applications;
- Experience setting up or maintaining CI/CD pipelines;
- Knowledge of Supabase Edge Functions, Row Level Security, or real-time capabilities;
- Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks;
- Knowledge of serverless and event-driven architectures;
- Previous experience working in a product-driven, start-up, or scale-up environment;
- Interest in AI-assisted development and integrating AI capabilities into digital products.
