About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build and maintain the React Native driver app: QR onboarding/consent flows, GPS/BLE data display
Implement Mapbox GL JS features: live position overlays, zone/dwell visualization, realtime map layers
Own frontend performance and reliability for realtime, sensor-driven UI
Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services in C#/.NET
Support GPS/BLE positioning data ingestion pipelines
Support telemetry ingestion and zone/dwell analytics processing
Work within an actor-model distributed backend (built on Microsoft Orleans) designed by the tech lead

Requirements

What you’ll need

2–5 years of professional software engineering experience
Strong experience with React Native for mobile app development
Strong experience with Mapbox GL JS or a comparable mapping/geospatial library (Leaflet, Google Maps SDK)
Working proficiency in C#/.NET — API design, services, data pipelines
Comfort working with realtime/streaming data (WebSockets, telemetry, sensor data)
Strong written and spoken English for daily collaboration with a distributed team
