Requirements

What you’ll need

1+ year of experience with Salesforce or strong academic/project background
Understanding of Salesforce platform fundamentals
Knowledge of Apex, LWC or Salesforce Administration
Motivation to grow in enterprise environments
Good communication skills in English
3+ years of Salesforce experience
Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, APIs and integrations
Experience with Salesforce Flows and workflow automation
Understanding of scalable development best practices
Ability to work autonomously in remote and international environments
5+ years of Salesforce experience
Strong architecture and integration knowledge
Experience designing scalable enterprise Salesforce solutions
Exposure to CI/CD, DevOps and cloud-native environments
Ability to mentor engineers and contribute to technical decisions
Experience working with cross-functional and international teams
Salesforce certifications
Experience with Agentforce, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud or CPQ
Experience with AI-driven automation initiatives
Exposure to enterprise transformation programs
Integration experience with external platforms and APIs
