About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform technical and functional analysis of SAP HR and FI incidents, ensuring end-to-end resolution.
- Execute advanced debugging in Payroll, FI, integrations, and ABAP developments.
- Troubleshoot issues related to:
- - SAP integrations with external systems (OutSystems, APIs)
- - BAPIs, OData, IDocs, RFCs, jobs, and logs
- Support critical processes such as:
- - Technical Payroll
- - Financial closings
- - HR ↔ FI postings
- - Financial integrations
- Implement and maintain Enhancements, User Exits, BAdIs, and Reports.
- Ensure correct application of S/4HANA simplifications and new data models.
- Collaborate with internal teams, business areas, vendors, and partners.
- Produce technical documentation and contribute to continuous improvement.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong experience in **SAP HR (HCM)**:
- - Schemas, PCRs, payroll clusters
- - Payroll debugging
- - Posting and integration error analysis
- Advanced experience in **SAP FI**:
- - GL, AP, AR, AA
- - Document Splitting
- - Universal Journal (S/4HANA)
- - Closing and finance integration troubleshooting
- Solid experience in **ABAP**:
- - Advanced debugging
- - Enhancements, BAdIs, User Exits
- - CDS Views
- - OData Services
- Experience with integrations:
- - PI/PO or CPI
- - RFCs, BAPIs, IDocs, APIs
- Experience in **ECC and/or S/4HANA** environments.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with different stakeholders.
- High adaptability in dynamic and changing environments.
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving orientation.
