About the role
- Support day-to-day operations, ensuring organization, clear communication, and consistent follow-up across customers, vendors, and internal teams
- Work closely with Engineering, Product, and Support teams
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- Eligible for an IEFP internship (mandatory)
- Interest in project management and operations within a technology environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive mindset and willingness to learn
- Basic knowledge of tools such as Jira, Linear, Trello, or similar (a plus)
- Previous experience (academic or professional) in technology environments (Nice to Have)
- Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, and systems (Nice to Have)
- Interest in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) (Nice to Have)
- Previous internships or relevant extracurricular activities (Nice to Have)
