About the role

  • Support day-to-day operations, ensuring organization, clear communication, and consistent follow-up across customers, vendors, and internal teams
  • Work closely with Engineering, Product, and Support teams

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Eligible for an IEFP internship (mandatory)
  • Interest in project management and operations within a technology environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive mindset and willingness to learn
  • Basic knowledge of tools such as Jira, Linear, Trello, or similar (a plus)
  • Previous experience (academic or professional) in technology environments (Nice to Have)
  • Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, and systems (Nice to Have)
  • Interest in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) (Nice to Have)
  • Previous internships or relevant extracurricular activities (Nice to Have)
