About the role
- Contribute to the design and delivery of insurance solutions
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories
- Analyze business processes and data to identify improvement opportunities
- Produce business analysis documentation, reports, and presentations
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings
- Recommend process optimizations and system enhancements
- Support testing and validation of insurance products and services
Requirements
- +3 years of experience with **SAP FICO**
- Experience in **SAP S/4HANA migration projects**
- Strong background in **business analysis within the insurance industry**
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience in data analysis, modeling, and visualization
- Proven track record in delivering business analysis projects
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in cross-functional and international environments
- Fluent English (mandatory)
