About the role

  • You will analyze software products to identify software vulnerabilities or security flaws.
  • More specifically, you will carry out the following tasks: Conduct offensive security analyses on software solutions (source code, scripts, configuration, binaries) in grey-box or black-box contexts (code analysis, robustness testing, binary reverse-engineering, etc.).
  • Identify the security mechanisms integrated into the studied solutions and analyze them in depth.
  • Search for vulnerabilities in these components and mechanisms and develop exploits where applicable.
  • Record the results of this work, provide an expert assessment of the security level of the products, propose recommendations and defend them with our clients and/or ANSSI (for work related to security visas issued by ANSSI).

Requirements

  • Master’s degree (Bac+5) or equivalent (engineering school, university, etc.) with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in one or more of the following areas: IT security, vulnerability analysis, software evaluation, development.
  • You are primarily seeking audit/analysis activities and vulnerability research.
  • Skills in system, network and mobile security as well as in developing software tools and scripts.
  • Knowledge of the CSPN process or Common Criteria is a plus.
  • Autonomy, rigor, curiosity, proactivity and the ability to work in a team.
  • Good oral and written communication skills in French and English.
