About the role

Requirements

What you’ll need

Law degree (completed);
Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB);
Knowledge of Civil Procedure;
Strong legal drafting skills and analytical ability;
Organized with strong deadline management skills;
Familiarity with legal case management systems and Microsoft Office suite;
Experience in judicial credit recovery is a plus;
Postgraduate qualification in Civil Law or Civil Procedure is desirable, with a focus on technical and practical development in these areas.
