About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Handling credit recovery cases in the judicial (court) system;
Drafting petitions and other procedural documents in enforcement actions, execution of judgments, and enforcement measures;
Case analysis and development of strategies for credit recovery;
Case monitoring and deadline management;
Conducting asset investigations and assessing attachment/seizure measures to satisfy claims;
Preparing reports and updating case information;
Client communication for alignment and case follow-up.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Law degree (completed);
Active OAB registration (Brazilian Bar Association);
Knowledge of Civil Procedure;
Strong legal drafting skills and analytical ability;
Organizational skills and deadline management;
Familiarity with legal case management systems and Microsoft Office;
Experience in judicial credit recovery will be considered a plus;
Postgraduate qualification in Civil Law or Civil Procedure is desirable, with a focus on technical and practical development in these areas.
