About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Handle credit recovery proceedings in the judicial courts;
Draft petitions and other procedural pleadings in enforcement actions, judgment execution and enforcement measures;
Conduct case analysis and define strategies for credit recovery;
Monitor case progress and manage deadlines;
Perform asset searches and assess attachment/seizure measures to satisfy claims;
Prepare reports and maintain up-to-date case information;
Communicate with clients to align strategies and provide case updates.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Law degree (Bachelor of Laws or equivalent);
Active OAB registration/license;
Knowledge of Civil Procedure;
Strong legal writing and analytical skills;
Organized with strong deadline management skills;
Familiarity with legal case management systems and Microsoft Office;
Experience with judicial credit recovery will be considered a plus;
Postgraduate qualification in Civil Law or Civil Procedure is desirable, with a focus on technical and practical development in these areas.
