About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Review court filings and legal documents of medium to high complexity prior to filing;
Validate legal grounds, arguments and procedural strategies;
Identify opportunities for technical improvement in filings and submissions;
Ensure standardization and quality of documents produced by the team;
Support attorneys in defining procedural strategies;
Analyze procedural risks and propose legal alternatives;
Provide technical guidance to the team as needed;
Contribute to updating and standardizing legal arguments and positions;
Monitor legislative and case law developments relevant to the case portfolio.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Law degree (LL.B. or equivalent);
Active OAB registration (Brazilian Bar Association);
Solid experience in Strategic Civil Litigation;
Experience in technical review of court filings;
Excellent legal writing and critical analysis skills;
Analytical, strategic and detail-oriented profile;
Experience with matters involving Medical Law, Supplementary Health (health insurance) and fraud is a plus;
Experience at medium or large law firms, especially with strategic case portfolios, is a plus.
