About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Review court filings and legal documents of medium to high complexity prior to filing;
- Validate legal grounds, arguments and procedural strategies;
- Identify opportunities for technical improvement in filings and submissions;
- Ensure standardization and quality of documents produced by the team;
- Support attorneys in defining procedural strategies;
- Analyze procedural risks and propose legal alternatives;
- Provide technical guidance to the team as needed;
- Contribute to updating and standardizing legal arguments and positions;
- Monitor legislative and case law developments relevant to the case portfolio.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Law degree (LL.B. or equivalent);
- Active OAB registration (Brazilian Bar Association);
- Solid experience in Strategic Civil Litigation;
- Experience in technical review of court filings;
- Excellent legal writing and critical analysis skills;
- Analytical, strategic and detail-oriented profile;
- Experience with matters involving Medical Law, Supplementary Health (health insurance) and fraud is a plus;
- Experience at medium or large law firms, especially with strategic case portfolios, is a plus.
