About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze and interpret court decisions, identifying procedural and financial impacts to determine appropriate measures.
Prepare calculations of amounts owed under judgments, updating figures and ensuring accuracy of the information presented.
Analyze and define litigation strategies during the enforcement/execution phase, monitor case progress and propose appropriate solutions for each matter.
Create and maintain case and financial control spreadsheets, using Excel formulas to update values, verify calculations and generate reports.
Support management of the litigation portfolio through analysis of information, indicators and internal controls related to legal claims.
Contribute to the organization and monitoring of department routines, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).
Previous experience in civil litigation, especially in the enforcement/execution phase.
Knowledge of analyzing court decisions, calculating judgment amounts and updating monetary values.
Advanced Excel skills for building spreadsheets, applying formulas and managing case-related information.
Strong analytical skills, organization and attention to detail for managing tasks and deadlines.
