About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze and interpret court decisions, identifying procedural and financial impacts to determine appropriate measures.
- Prepare calculations of amounts owed under judgments, updating figures and ensuring accuracy of the information presented.
- Analyze and define litigation strategies during the enforcement/execution phase, monitor case progress and propose appropriate solutions for each matter.
- Create and maintain case and financial control spreadsheets, using Excel formulas to update values, verify calculations and generate reports.
- Support management of the litigation portfolio through analysis of information, indicators and internal controls related to legal claims.
- Contribute to the organization and monitoring of department routines, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).
- Previous experience in civil litigation, especially in the enforcement/execution phase.
- Knowledge of analyzing court decisions, calculating judgment amounts and updating monetary values.
- Advanced Excel skills for building spreadsheets, applying formulas and managing case-related information.
- Strong analytical skills, organization and attention to detail for managing tasks and deadlines.
