About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze and review supplementary health (private health insurance) cases, identifying critical issues and appropriate strategies for each matter.
Draft case drafts, pleadings and court filings of low, medium and high complexity, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance with deadlines.
Work in both trial and appellate phases under ordinary and summary procedures, ensuring proper management of legal actions.
Monitor high‑volume litigation, tracking case progress and taking appropriate measures at each stage.
Produce strategic legal reports and communicate procedural strategies to clients, contributing to decision‑making and case management.
Support the organization and control of case data and internal departmental routines, promoting efficiency and workflow continuity.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Prior experience in contentious litigation, preferably in high‑volume litigation environments, with command of routines and requirements specific to mass litigation.
Experience in the supplementary health (private health insurance) sector, with knowledge of applicable legislation, the sector’s regulatory dynamics, and the particularities of disputes involving health plan operators will be considered a strong competitive differential.
