About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze health insurance cases to identify matters eligible for closure, evaluating the technical and procedural criteria applicable to each case.
Complete and update the client’s systems, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of procedural records.
Monitor the progress of cases in high-volume litigation, tracking deadlines and taking appropriate actions at each stage.
Support the control and organization of case data and the operational routines of the department, contributing to efficiency and smooth workflow.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Prior experience in contentious litigation, preferably in high-volume litigation environments, with a strong command of the operational routines involved in mass litigation.
Experience in the supplementary health (health insurance) sector, with knowledge of the applicable legislation and the specific characteristics of disputes involving health plan operators, will be considered a significant advantage in the selection process.
