Junior Lawyer – Civil Litigation, Production

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze and review private health insurance cases, identifying critical issues and appropriate strategies for each matter.
- Draft legal briefs and procedural documents of low, medium, and high complexity, ensuring technical accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
- Work in the trial (merits) and appellate stages under ordinary and summary procedures, ensuring proper handling of judicial matters.
- Monitor high-volume (mass) litigation matters, tracking case progress and taking appropriate measures at each stage.
- Prepare strategic legal reports and communicate procedural strategies to clients, contributing to decision-making and case management.
- Support the organization and management of case data and internal routines, promoting efficiency and a smooth workflow.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in litigation, preferably in high-volume environments, with a solid command of mass litigation routines and requirements.
- Experience in the private health insurance (supplementary health) sector, with knowledge of applicable legislation, the sector's regulatory dynamics, and the specificities of claims involving health plan operators will be considered a strong competitive advantage in the selection process.
