About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze and review private health insurance (supplementary health) cases, identifying critical issues and appropriate strategies for each matter.
Draft templates and court filings (motions, briefs) of low, medium and high complexity, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance with deadlines.
Act at the merits (trial) and appeals stages under both ordinary and summary procedural rules, ensuring the proper management of judicial matters.
Monitor cases in high-volume litigation, tracking case progress and taking appropriate procedural measures at each stage.
Prepare strategic legal reports and communicate procedural strategies to clients, contributing to decision-making and case management.
Support the organization and control of case data and internal department routines, promoting efficiency and smooth workflow.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Prior experience in litigation, preferably in high-volume litigation environments, with a solid understanding of the workflows and requirements of mass litigation.
Experience in the private health insurance (supplementary health) sector, with knowledge of applicable legislation, the sector’s regulatory dynamics, and the specificities of claims involving health plan operators, will be considered a relevant competitive advantage.
