About the role
- Creation of new reports and KPIs
- Modification and correction of discrepancies in existing reports
- Preparation of presentations for internal and external clients
- Analysis of generated information and identification/flagging of operational deviations
- Management of Quality Assistants
- Comparison of monitoring results with operational performance
- Provide input to improve the quality of telephone service
- Participation in special projects related to the activities
- Monitoring the consistency of information in the monitoring database
- Providing feedback to Quality Assistants and Quality Monitors
Requirements
- University degree
- 1–3 years of relevant professional experience preferred
