About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide daily operational support and administration for Microsoft cloud services, such as SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune
- Handle incoming tickets and create documentation on the existing infrastructure
- Support the Platform Manager in creating governance policies
- Monitor and manage platform performance, escalating issues when necessary
- Provide ongoing technical and operational support to Platform Managers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Intermediate level profile for daily operational support and administration for Microsoft cloud services, such as SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, Defender
- Hands-on experience with endpoint security, threat detection, and response
- Ability to design, deploy and troubleshoot modern endpoint management
- Strong understanding of identity as the control plane
- Ability to document solutions and maintain operational runbooks
- Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices
