About the role
- Design architectures for complex web applications
- Independently manage projects during development
- Analyze requirements and develop solution concepts
- Provide technical project leadership and define work packages for developers
- Support implementation and offer expert guidance
- Drive the further development of software engineering topics, e.g., through cloud services and machine learning/AI
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
- Hands-on mentality in technical leadership and management of development teams
- Experience in requirements analysis, designing technical solutions, and implementing architectures
- Extensive experience developing enterprise solutions, for example with Java, Spring Boot, or Go
- Knowledge of modern frontend technologies such as Angular or Vue
- Solid understanding of architectural approaches such as microservices and SOA
- Experience with performance analysis, CI/CD, API integration, and DevOps
- Independent, results-oriented working style
- Team player with excellent communication skills
