About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the first point of contact for clients by phone, in person, and online
- Handle paperwork, policy updates, inspections, and follow-ups
- Ensure accurate data entry and documentation

- Transition from part-time Insurance Office Coordinator to full-time Licensed Service Agent
- Manage client relationships and service needs
- Generate referrals, cross-sell, identify coverage gaps, and contribute to agency revenue and growth
- Progress toward Account Manager or sales roles with new business and uncapped earning potential
Requirements
What you’ll need- Fluent in Spanish (required)
- Motivated, coachable, and growth-oriented
- Strong communication and people skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Able to multitask and follow through
- Comfortable identifying opportunities and contributing to sales
- Positive, high-energy, team-first mindset
- Must obtain a Property & Casualty or Personal Lines Insurance License within 21 days
