Requirements

  • Strong interest in a sales career; preferably with sales experience
  • No prior insurance experience required
  • Willing to obtain the required Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance licenses at the time of hire (having licenses already is a plus!)
  • A confident, self-motivated individual who works well independently
  • Able to multitask, follow through on tasks, and provide consistent follow-up
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
