- Identify and qualify prospective customers generated from a variety of sources

Requirements
- Strong interest in a sales career; preferably with sales experience
- No prior insurance experience required
- Willing to obtain the required Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance licenses at the time of hire (having licenses already is a plus!)
- A confident, self-motivated individual who works well independently
- Able to multitask, follow through on tasks, and provide consistent follow-up
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
