About the role
- Engage with clients to identify their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
- Conduct thorough policy reviews and provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, and community engagement.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Allstate products, services, and industry trends.
- Achieve sales goals by effectively managing leads and follow-ups.
- Assist clients with claims processing and policy modifications as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for long-term retention.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance sales skills.
Requirements
- Valid Washington State insurance license (Property & Casualty)
- Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for helping others.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to participate in community events and networking opportunities.
