Requirements

  • Valid Washington State insurance license (Property & Casualty)
  • Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for helping others.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
