About the role
- Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Exceed customer satisfaction goals and expectations.
- Establish relationships with customers, provide follow-up service and be proactive in maintaining contact.
- Ask each customer for referrals.
Requirements
- A Massachusetts property & casualty license is required
- Confident, self-starter who works well independently
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Driven and goal-oriented individual
- Positive attitude & ability to work well in a team environment is critical
