• Maintain and maximize profitable relationships with personal lines clients
• Grow the book of business through new client sales
• Identify, qualify, and develop personal insurance opportunities
• Foster and maintain excellent relationships with clients
• Anticipate, respond to, and follow up on all existing client needs
• Actively prospect and solicit increases in existing client coverage
• Support and prepare clients for renewal and retention

Requirements

Obtain Personal Lines licenses within 60 days of employment if not currently active in Connecticut
Demonstrate strong knowledge of insurance products and usages, rating procedures, underwriting procedures, coverages, and industry operations
Proven track record of business to business sales success
Strong presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills
People-oriented, customer-focused, and professionally assertive
Outstanding organizational skills
Excellent time management skills
Technology and Computer proficiency including agency management systems
Bilingual in Polish or Spanish preferred but not required
