Operations Manager – Mobile Nursing Services
Alloheim Senioren-Residenzen SEOperations Manager leading mobile nursing services at Alloheim Group. Ensuring compliance and effective management across nursing regions in Germany with a close collaboration with onsite teams.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure and lead the assigned region
- Collaborate with the on-site team, the Alloheim Mobile management team and the Alloheim Group central administration
- Conduct regular target-setting and feedback meetings with the station leadership teams
- Staff development
- Ensure process adjustments and consistent structures
- Define and further develop concepts, standards and methods to ensure smooth operational processes
- Responsible for ensuring quality management in coordination with the QM representatives
- Joint use and further development of the in-house IT-supported routing and scheduling system
- Handle and implement projects in cooperation with executive management
- Strategic development of the outpatient services, e.g. monthly reports on status and performance, root-cause analysis of budget variances (KPI management)
- Ensure the application and compliance of all relevant legal regulations and requirements within the region
Requirements
What you’ll need- University degree in Nursing Management, Health Management or a related field
- Experience in controlling/financial management of multiple outpatient nursing services
- Customer-oriented, team-oriented, confident and solution-focused working style
- Knowledge of controlling for all processes of outpatient services
- Enjoys travel and development activities
- Valid driving license (Class B) required
- Willingness to travel required
