About the role

  • Conduct internal quality audits according to SGB XI (German Social Code XI) in full inpatient nursing facilities
  • Plan, carry out, and perform pre- and post-audit preparations
  • Coordinate scheduling and audit planning with the facilities
  • Conduct individual on-site assessments of residents
  • Review documentation, prepare reports, and report findings to management
  • Provide advice and training to staff as part of the audit process

Requirements

  • Qualified registered nurse (general, pediatric, or geriatric) with at least five years of relevant professional experience
  • Management-focused further training and leadership experience in the care sector, or a relevant degree
  • ISO 9001 auditor certification (DIN EN ISO 9001) with practical experience
  • Knowledge of current quality management requirements in long-term care (SGB XI)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, flexibility, and the ability to work independently
  • Confident and experienced use of common MS Office applications
  • Willingness to travel and enthusiasm for new situations
