About the role

  • Conduct internal quality inspections according to SGB XI (German Social Code XI) in full inpatient care facilities
  • Plan, conduct and carry out the preparation and follow-up of audits
  • Coordinate scheduling and audit planning with the facilities
  • Perform on-site assessments of residents and evaluate individual behavior
  • Review documents, prepare reports and report findings to management
  • Advise and train staff as part of the audit process

Requirements

  • Qualified/registered nurse (general, pediatric) or geriatric nurse with at least five years of relevant professional experience
  • Further training in leadership and management experience in the care sector, or a relevant degree
  • Auditor for DIN EN ISO 9001 with experience in this area
  • Knowledge of current quality management requirements in long-term care (SGB XI)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, flexibility and the ability to work independently
  • Confident user of common MS Office applications
  • Willingness to travel and openness to new situations
