About the role
- Conduct internal quality audits according to SGB XI in fully inpatient care facilities
- Plan, conduct and perform preparatory and follow-up work for audits
- Coordinate audit schedules and appointments with care facilities
- Perform on-site assessments of residents and observe individual behavior
- Review documentation, prepare audit reports and report findings to management
- Advise and train staff in the course of audit activities
Requirements
- Qualified registered nurse, pediatric nurse, or geriatric nurse with at least five years of relevant professional experience
- Management-related further training and leadership experience in the nursing sector, or a relevant degree
- Certified auditor for DIN EN ISO 9001 with practical experience in this area
- Knowledge of current quality management requirements in elder care (SGB XI)
- Strong communication and organizational skills, flexibility and ability to work independently
- Confident and proficient use of common MS Office applications
- Willingness to travel and enjoyment of new situations
