About the role
- Individual basic and treatment care as well as gerontopsychiatric care of residents
- Individualized support and activating daily activities tailored to residents' needs
- Documentation of the care process (medication administration, care records/protocols, etc.)
- Ensuring quality of care within the team
- Acting as a trusted point of contact for residents and their families as an expert in the field
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a qualified nursing professional, geriatric nurse and/or registered nurse with additional qualification in gerontopsychiatry
- Applicants with and without professional experience welcome
- Team player with empathy
- Independent and solution-oriented working style
- Willingness to work all shifts
- Basic IT affinity
