About the role
- Planning and conducting wound rounds, documenting wounds and compiling wound assessments
- Providing optimal wound prevention and minimizing or avoiding pain
- Assisting treating physicians with conventional wound care
- Training nursing staff; instructing and supervising wound care and infection prevention
- Documenting individual basic and treatment care for residents and recording the nursing process
Requirements
- Completed professional training as a qualified nurse, geriatric nurse and/or health and nursing nurse with additional qualification in wound management
- Team player with empathy in dealing with residents and colleagues
- Able to work independently, solution-oriented and willing to work all shifts
- Comfortable with IT / IT proficiency
