About the role
- Provide individualized basic and therapeutic care, including gerontopsychiatric nursing, for residents
- Emphasize personalized support and promote activating daily activities
- Document the care process for each resident (medication administration, care records, etc.)
- Contribute on-site with the team to ensure quality of care
- Serve as a compassionate point of contact for residents and their relatives
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a certified nursing professional (e.g., geriatric nurse and/or registered health and nursing nurse)
- Additional qualification in gerontopsychiatry
- Candidates with and without professional experience are welcome
- Team player with empathy when interacting with residents and colleagues
- Independent, solution-oriented working style
- Willingness to work across all shifts
- Comfortable using IT systems
