About the role
- Individual basic and therapeutic nursing care for residents
- Focus on personalized support and activity-oriented daily programming
- Documentation of the care process (medication administration, care records, etc.)
- Ensuring care quality within the team
- Providing a listening ear for residents and their families
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a qualified nurse (e.g., geriatric nurse and/or registered nurse) with additional training in gerontopsychiatry
- Open to candidates with or without professional experience
- Team player with empathy in interactions with residents and colleagues
- Able to work independently and solution-oriented
- Willingness to work across all shifts
- Comfortable using IT systems
