About the role
- Individual basic and treatment nursing care as well as gerontopsychiatric care for residents
- Individual support and activating daily activity planning
- Documentation of the care process related to residents (medication administration, care records, etc.)
- Ensuring quality of care within the team
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a qualified nursing professional, geriatric nurse and/or registered nurse
- Additional training in gerontopsychiatry
- Empathy in interactions with residents and colleagues
- Comfort with IT / basic IT proficiency
- Willingness to work across all shifts
