About the role
- Individual basic and treatment care, as well as gerontopsychiatric care of residents
- Personalized support and activating daily activities tailored to residents' needs
- Documentation of the care process (medication administration, care records)
- Participation in ensuring care quality together with the on-site team
- A listening ear for residents and their relatives
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a qualified nurse, geriatric nurse and/or registered health and nursing nurse
- Additional training in gerontopsychiatry
- Team player with empathy in interactions with residents and colleagues
- Independent, solution-oriented working style and enjoyment in the role
- Willingness to work across all shifts
- Basic IT affinity / comfort with IT systems
