About the role
- Individual basic and treatment nursing care as well as gerontopsychiatric care of residents
- Individual support and activating daily activities tailored to residents’ needs
- Documentation of the care process concerning the resident (medication administration, care records, etc.)
- Participation in the team to ensure the quality of care
- A listening ear for residents and their relatives
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a qualified nurse, geriatric nurse and/or registered nurse with additional training in gerontopsychiatry
- Team player with empathy in interactions with residents and colleagues
- Independent, solution-oriented working style and willingness to work all shifts
- IT literacy/affinity
