About the role
- Provide individualized basic and therapeutic nursing care to residents
- Deliver gerontopsychiatric care and personalized support
- Plan and facilitate activating daily activities based on residents' needs
- Document the care process (medication administration, care records, etc.)
- Contribute to maintaining and improving care quality
- Serve as a compassionate point of contact for residents and their families
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a qualified nurse (e.g., geriatric nurse and/or registered health and nursing nurse)
- Additional qualification in gerontopsychiatry
- Team player with empathy when working with residents and colleagues
- Independent, solution-oriented approach to work
- Willingness to work across all shifts
- Comfortable using IT systems
