About the role
- Individual basic and therapeutic nursing care for residents
- Stimulating daily activities tailored to residents' needs

Requirements
- Completed professional training as a qualified nurse (e.g., geriatric nurse and/or registered nurse)
- Additional training in gerontopsychiatry
- Teamwork skills and empathy when working with residents and colleagues
- Ability to work independently and in a solution-oriented way
- Comfortable working with IT systems / good digital literacy
