About the role
- Individual basic and treatment-oriented care of residents with a focus on gerontopsychiatric nursing
- Personal support and activating daily activities tailored to the residents' needs
- Documentation of the care process (medication administration, care protocols)
- Contributing to ensuring care quality within the team
- Being a compassionate point of contact for residents and their relatives
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a qualified nurse — e.g. geriatric nurse and/or registered health and nursing nurse — with additional training in gerontopsychiatry
- Candidates with and without professional experience are welcome
- Team player with empathy in interactions with residents and colleagues
- Independent and solution-oriented working style
- Willingness to work all shifts
- Basic IT affinity / comfort with digital documentation systems
