About the role

Individual basic and treatment-oriented care of residents with a focus on gerontopsychiatric nursing
Personal support and activating daily activities tailored to the residents' needs
Documentation of the care process (medication administration, care protocols)
Contributing to ensuring care quality within the team
Being a compassionate point of contact for residents and their relatives

Completed vocational training as a qualified nurse — e.g. geriatric nurse and/or registered health and nursing nurse — with additional training in gerontopsychiatry
Candidates with and without professional experience are welcome
Team player with empathy in interactions with residents and colleagues
Independent and solution-oriented working style
Willingness to work all shifts
Basic IT affinity / comfort with digital documentation systems
