About the role
- Individual basic and therapeutic care of residents
- Personalized support and activity-based daily programming according to residents' needs
- Documentation of the care process (medication administration, care records, etc.)
- Ensuring care quality together with the on-site team
- A listening ear for residents and their relatives
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a qualified nurse (e.g., geriatric nurse and/or health and nursing care nurse) with additional training in gerontopsychiatry
- Team player with empathy in dealing with residents and colleagues
- Independent and solution-oriented work style
- Willingness to work across all shifts (we will find a solution if this is not possible)
- Basic IT affinity
